We want you to love our products. If you don’t, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not happy with your first order, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You do not need to return the bottle. Use it, share it, or set it aside. We’ll refund your purchase.

This guarantee applies to your first order only. After that, our standard return policy applies.

Standard Return Policy

Unopened bottles still sealed in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This is standard for cosmetic products and is required by most state regulations.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us within 7 days at info@amaroonaturals.com with photos. As long as we receive photos, we'll send a replacement at no charge or refund you in full.

How to Start a Return

Email info@amaroonaturals.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll respond within 1 business day with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive your return (or approve a no-return refund under the 30-day guarantee), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Subscription Refunds

If you forgot to pause or skip a subscription order and don’t want it, contact us within 24 hours of the order processing. We’ll cancel and refund if it hasn’t shipped yet.

If it has already shipped, you can return it as long as it remains unopened and sealed in the original packaging.
