Shipping Policy

When We Ship

Most orders will ship within 2 business days after being placed. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. All orders ship from our facility in North Carolina.

How Much Shipping Costs

Subscription orders ship free, every time. No minimum, no thresholds.

One-time orders: - Orders $60 and above: free shipping - Orders under $60: flat rate of $6.95

We use USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground for most shipments. Expected transit time is 2 to 5 business days within the continental US.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the US and want to be notified when international shipping is available, sign up for our list at the bottom of the page.

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the farm. If you haven’t received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, email info@amaroonaturals.com.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the box and bottle before opening anything else and email us within 7 days at info@amaroonaturals.com. We’ll replace it or refund you. No questions.

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us. We’ll work with you to resolve it.
