By accessing or using amaroonaturals.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase from us.

Amaroo Naturals is a brand of Amaroo Hills LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
Product Information
We work hard to make sure all information on the site is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, prices, certifications, or other content is error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Cosmetic Use Only
Our products are sold for cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a medical condition or concern, talk to a healthcare provider before use.
Alpha-Gal Safety Claim
We process our emu oil in a facility that handles emu products only. We do not use mammal-derived ingredients in any part of our supply chain. Our products are certified Alpha-Gal Safe and Mammal Free.
That said, if you have severe Alpha-Gal Syndrome and have concerns, we strongly recommend doing a patch test before using any new product, including ours.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency you select. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing info@amaroonaturals.com. We send a reminder email before each renewal.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.
Intellectual Property
All content on amaroonaturals.com (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Amaroo Hills LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Don’t reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Amaroo Hills LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of North Carolina.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
